You’re doing fine, but wouldn’t mind a bit of company and guidance. The Foundery model isn’t strictly coaching per se; a coach implies someone who no longer does but now instructs. Your Foundery lead is more like a peer with a bit more experience, who knows what’s going on now, who probably has faced similar challenges not too long ago. This means the insight is fresh, the ideas are contemporary, and the execution relevant.
And more importantly, with Foundery, you’re not saddled with a coach who has accidentally succeeded at ONE thing and then coasted on it for the rest of their careers. You’ll be teamed up with Founders and Owners who have tried and failed and learned many times over. We’ll be giving you practical shortcuts from our own varied experiences. We will understand when certain things are especially difficult. And we will appreciate your unique circumstances and come up with approaches that respect that.
You will also have access to the broader Foundery team, if that’s what you need. Other Founders and Owners from your own industry (so you can learn best practices), and industries beyond (so you don’t get caught in the bad habits of the industry) are available as part of your coaching experience.
